快速启动和停止

（1）下载RunHiddenConsole.exe隐藏控制台

地址：https://www.feiniaomy.com/xiazaidirs/42.html

（2）将RunHiddenConsole.exe放入E:/nginx/tools文件夹中

start.bat内容：
